This is an easy spin on pulled chicken for tacos and burritos
As always, we’re going to make this post short, easy and to the point. This recipe is great for people like me that have had weight loss surgery; but it’s not a pre-qualifier! This recipe can work for people just trying to eat a balanced meal. It can work for people who are needing to lose weight and did NOT have weight loss surgery. It can also work for anyone just wanting a super quick, high protein recipe!
This crock pot pulled chicken tacos recipe is packed full of amazing macros. It’s high protein, low(er) fat (if you use low fat cream cheese), filling, full of taste and just plum yummy!!
If you love crock pot easy meals, I really think you’ll love this version.
-1 block cream cheese
-2 lbs chicken breasts
-1 jar salsa of choice
-1 package of taco seasoning
-Tortilla chips or tortillas
You can eat this pulled chicken recipe many ways. You can get Hawaiian rolls and make sliders. You can use it as a dip over chips. You can also make burritos/tacos with it like I did.
-Place all the ingredients in the crockpot
-Cook on low until your chicken is cooked through.
-Stir all ingredients together and serve!
